Preferred Delivery Date
While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, we will always do our absolute best to meet your preference, especially outside of peak periods.
- During busy seasons (autumn and winter), delivery dates may be subject to change due to increased demand and courier availability.
Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide across Ireland.
Additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach locations.
Delivery Times
- Standard delivery: 4–7 working days
- Express delivery: 2–4 working days (additional fee applies)

Kerbside Delivery – Important Information
All kiln dried firewood is delivered as a kerbside delivery.
Kerbside Kiln Dried Firewood Delivery Service
All kiln dried firewood deliveries are provided on a kerbside delivery basis only. Goods will be delivered to the nearest accessible point at the roadside, adjacent to the delivery address.
- Any request to move goods beyond the kerbside delivery point, including but not limited to driveways, garages, or gardens, is entirely at the discretion of the delivery driver and cannot be guaranteed.
- Delivery vehicles are not equipped with a crane or HIAB and therefore cannot lift or move kiln dried logs over fences, walls, hedges, or other obstacles.
- Deliveries are carried out using a manual pump truck. The use of an electric pump truck cannot be guaranteed.
- A tail-lift may only be used on level, solid ground. Deliveries cannot be completed on slopes or uneven surfaces.
- Goods cannot be transported over gravel, loose stones, cobbles, grass, sloped surfaces, or un-tarmacked roads, lanes, or tracks.
- Customers with special delivery or access requirements must notify us in advance. Any undisclosed delivery issues may result in a failed delivery and a re-delivery charge.
- Standard deliveries are made using an 18-tonne vehicle, approximately 2.5 metres wide, 4 metres high, and 11 metres long.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location provides safe and sufficient access for a vehicle of this size. Any delivery failure due to inadequate access may incur additional charges.
Delivery Vehicle & Access Requirements
- A tail-lift can only be used on level, solid ground
- We cannot deliver over:
- gravel or loose stones
- cobbles
- grass
- slopes or uneven surfaces
- un-tarmacked lanes or tracks
Please ensure that the delivery location is flat, hard-standing and accessible for a large vehicle.
Failed or Restricted Deliveries
- If delivery cannot be completed due to inaccessible access, unsuitable ground conditions, or undisclosed delivery restrictions, a re-delivery charge may apply
